|A few of us will know the pain of being called to "fix" a friend/relative/neighbour/colleague's computer only to find out that the reason it's not running properly is because it's infested with viruses/spyware/etc. This is a nice guide that aims to inform the reader in a simple and non-technical manner. Perfect reading for people who are unaware of the dangers of the net.
